Plus the user interface isn’t very intuitive; there are too many buttons and menus making it hard to navigate around without getting lost in a maze of options. And don’t even get me started on how slow loading times can be at peak hours…ugh!
As far as paid features go: they offer an upgraded version with more bells and whistles such as unlimited messaging capabilities plus advanced filters allowing users to narrow down potential matches based on criteria like age range or location etc., but again these come at an additional cost which some people may not be willing (or able)to shell out money for just yet another online dating service subscription fee….yawn!!
