First of all, the user profiles are pretty much public – anyone can view them without signing up or having an account on the website. That means if you don’t want to be seen by strangers (which is totally understandable), then forget about using TurkishPersonals altogether! Plus there isn’t any way to set a custom bio either – so no room for creativity here unfortunately…
The location info in each profile is also very visible and there’s no option to hide it either which makes things even worse since people who live far away from one another won’t have much luck finding potential matches anyway – unless they’re into long-distance relationships? Not sure how many folks would go down that route though…
Speaking of matching with someone; There’s absolutely zero indication as to what distance separates two users when looking at their respective profiles so if proximity matters in your search criteria then again..you’ll just have to look elsewhere because this feature doesn’t exist on Turkish Personals sadly enough. And yes before you ask; Premium subscriptions offer little benefits other than unlocking more filters but considering everything else we’ve discussed already I’m guessing most people wouldn’t bother upgrading anyway?
Last but certainly not least: Fake accounts were definitely present during my testing period too which only adds insult injury really…. All in all though: If you’re after quality over quantity then stay well clear of this place because chances are slim that anything good will come outta it ya know?!
